Bemowo meets all the conditions for a perfect neighbourhood! There are schools, kindergartens, clinics, shopping malls, neighbourhood stores and markets, sports clubs, excellent public transit, bike lanes as well as lots and lots of greenery. That is why we have been building modern and resident-friendly housing estates here for years. We have already built 1,500 flats on the west side of Lazurowa Street and pioneered the development of this part of the district.
We are currently developing the Metro Life project, which will include 6-storey buildings with functional flats for sale, services on the ground floors and underground garages.
