ROBYG’s new project – Sady Ursynów is being developed in Ursynów, one of the largest and greenest districts of Warsaw. We envisaged cosy and intimate three-storey buildings with spacious and highly functional apartments, designed to a high standard with special attention paid to every little detail. Each of the apartments will have its own garden, porch or balcony. The façade in subdued shades of white and grey will be complemented by dark anthracite window frames and glass balustrades finished with graphite elements.
All apartments will be connected to a fibre optic network and the Smart House System by Keemple at no additional cost for the buyers. What is more, the design standards of the surrounding areas will be equal to that of the façade and the interiors, with special focus on greenery, as well as roads, walkways, street furniture and a safe playgrounds for the youngest residents.
