Information on cash benefits other than those specified in items 1 and 2 of Article 19a of the Act on Protecting the Rights of Buyers of Residential Dwellings and Single-Family Houses and the Developer Guarantee Fund, which the buyer is obliged to pay to the developer in the process of transferring ownership: The buyer of the apartment will be obliged to pay the costs of utilities, remuneration for the management of the joint property in the manner specified in the agreement and related to the maintenance of the property containing the apartment, as well as public and legal charges, including in particular: the costs of taxes and fees, including a refund of the transformation fee (if the building is constructed on land granted for perpetual usufruct) , the costs of energy consumption, water consumption, upkeep of the building and land property, including internal traffic routes and roads, waste disposal, operation of installations and networks, periodic building inspections, property insurance, and others necessary for the normal maintenance and operation of the property in accordance with its socio-economic purpose and principles of good practice.
