Unique architectureDialogue between history and modernity
The architecture of the development evokes the site's shipyard past. The steel elements on the facade are reminiscent of the rotating cranes for which Gdańsk is famous. The building facades, high glazing, and the connecting passages between the buildings, transformed into viewing terraces, open them up to the Motława River and integrate them with the surroundings.
The highest quality materials were used in the project. The mineral panels on the facade are arranged in a variable vertical and horizontal pattern, creating a unique 3D effect, reflecting the motif of brick laying in Gdańsk's historic monuments.
An elegant promenade with abundant greenery and artistic installations reflecting the unique atmosphere of this location will be created between the facade of Nowa Wałowa and the river. Restaurants and cafes will be located on the ground floors of the buildings, further enhancing the attractiveness of this location. The entire project will create a unique recreational space for Gdańsk residents.
