The biggest advantage of the development is the first private forest in the Tri-City area, with an area of over 2 hectares. Within Szumilas, there are also 2 natural water reservoirs, the surroundings of which are an ideal place for family recreation and peaceful rest. In the near distance, you can also find other natural attractions, such as the hiking trail in the "Amber Mountain" reserve and charming paths in the Reknica Gorge. From here, you can reach the picturesque Otomińskie Lake.
The location of the development guarantees excellent communication with the entire Tri-City. The estate is located on Szumilas Street in Kowale, providing convenient access to the center of Gdańsk, the Tri-City Ring Road, or the nearby highway.
The city plans the following improvements:
- additional rail connections - construction of a new line of the second stage of the Pomeranian Metropolitan Railway, which is to connect the southern districts of Gdańsk with neighboring towns,
- expansion of the road, the S7 route - as part of which an additional exit to the ring road towards Łódź will be created (the route of the Kashubian Road).
