  • additional rail connections - construction of a new line of the second stage of the Pomeranian Metropolitan Railway, which is to connect the southern districts of Gdańsk with neighboring towns,
  • expansion of the road, the S7 route - as part of which an additional exit to the ring road towards Łódź will be created (the route of the Kashubian Road).

The convenient location of the estate provides its residents with all amenities - commercial and service facilities, kindergartens, clinics and schools, including the modern Metropolitan School, opened in 2018.
