Nadmotławie Apartments is a groundbreaking architectural design that has received numerous awards. The investment was inspired by two themes. One is the heritage of Gdańsk, i.e. historical architecture of the main city of Gdańsk, based on the Hanseatic type of buildings mainly constructed of red brick. The other is the port origin of the site, which features cranes, silos or passing ships. The designers were guided by the intention to expose the view and open the front of the building to the Motława River; they used special materials imitating rusty sheet metal commonly associated with ship hulls, and complemented the design with details of an industrial character. Despite its diversity, the entire housing estate remains consistent with the downtown and port character of the area.

Developed infrastructureExcellent location
Nadmotławie is located at ul. Sienna Grobla on the bank of the so-called Polish Hook, i.e. the mouth of the Motława River into the Dead Vistula. This is one of the most prestigious locations in Gdańsk, adjacent to the historic buildings of the Old Town, with direct access to the waters of the Motława
Despite its intimate location, the investment is well connected to the entire city. In the immediate vicinity there are schools, kindergartens, clinics, a cinema, as well as a shopping mall, restaurants, markets and gyms. The investment has direct access to the water, and several hundred meters from it there is the Marina on Stępka - one of the two marinas located closest to the Gdańsk Old Town. Moreover, the proximity of the footbridge on Ołowianka allows you to quickly reach Długa Street (Długi Targ).
